When you send a message

We use your contact details and event preferences to reply, prepare a quote and manage your booking. Your request is stored using our inquiry service, which may use Google Sheets or Airtable. Please don’t include payment card details or sensitive personal information.

Optional analytics and advertising cookies

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits, general device and location information, referral sources and successful inquiry submissions. We don’t send your name, email, phone number or message to Google Analytics. Declining analytics won’t stop you from using the site or sending an inquiry.

Choosing “Allow analytics” enables both Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. Meta Pixel measures visits and inquiries from Facebook and Instagram ads and helps us reach interested visitors. We do not send your form details to Meta. “No thanks” keeps both services off. Previously saved choices remain in place until you change them, and browser privacy signals are respected.

We remember your analytics choice in your browser. With your permission, we also keep the referral source for your current visit in session storage for up to 30 minutes. This measured source is separate from your answer to “How did you hear about us?”
